This website is operated by ChozenWear Apparel. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ChozenWear Apparel. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our products

We sell custom vinyl motivational T-shirts and hoodies. Every item is made to order — it is pressed only after you place your order. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in vinyl placement or finish may occur. These small variations are part of a handmade product and are not considered defects.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Discount codes, where offered, are subject to their stated terms.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailable materials. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Changes and cancellations

You may change your size or cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us at chozenwearapparel@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Made-to-order items and final sale

Because every item is made to order for you, all sales are final, except if your item arrives defective or we sent you the wrong item or size. If that happens, contact us promptly upon receiving your order at chozenwearapparel@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 business days of purchase, not including weekends. This applies to T-shirts and hoodies. Transit times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Please see our Shipping Policy for rates and details.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, and images on this site are the property of ChozenWear Apparel and may not be reproduced or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
